Customer Terms Agreement and Privacy Policy

The External Customers Jira App, hereafter referred to as “app”, is developed by Alyrica Networks.

Description of Service

The app integrates Atlassian Jira Service Management with an external CRM.  The purpose is to display data contained in the CRM with a Jira issue to provide context to the agent working the issue.



The app uses information contained within the Jira issue, such as reporter email address, to find a matching record in the CRM.  Once data is retrieved from the CRM, the data is stored in the Jira customer’s entity properties, as well as being displayed in the issue detail screen.  Storing the data allows the data to be used in JQL queries for searching and reporting on issues based on the CRM data.  In addition, the stored data can be displayed to the user if the app is unable to retrieve information from the CRM due to a system outage or network error.

Acceptable Use

The app is available in the Alyrica Atlassian environment and is for the sole use of users granted permission to operate within the Alyrica Atlassian Jira Service Desk.   Alyrica employees are to use the app for accomplishing their assigned work.  Information displayed by the app is confidential and is not to be copied, shared, or used for any purposes other than the execution of assigned duties.



Misuse of the app or the information it presents is grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Privacy Policy

Safeguards, such as limited access and encrypted transmissions, are used to safeguard data the app processes.  The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about the user of the app.  Any information processed by the app will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling obligations to Alyrica customers and will not be sold or divulged to 3rd parties except where required to fulfill Alyrica’s obligations.
